‘5062 Tontauben’
5062 orange Tontauben aus schwarzem TonTogether with Melanie Greussing, we were able to win the 2016 competition for 'Art in Architecture' of the City of Salzburg. The grid in the showroom was laid out with exactly 5062 clay pigeons. The strict grid was destroyed in the next 6 weeks by a 2m large, self-rolling black ball. In small movements the ball crushed part of the sculpture piece by piece. Commuters (it was right at the train station in Salzburg) could follow the slow destruction day by day.
